About Mo

Meet Mo

Hi, I'm Mo.

I'm not here to tell you what to think. I'm here to help you think differently and see life from new perspectives.

Life doesn't come with a guidebook, and most of us learn through mistakes, experience, and trial and error. I've been there too.

What changed my life was curiosity.

When I started questioning my beliefs, learning from different ideas, and focusing on what truly matters, I realized something important: you don't need huge changes to build a better life.

Small improvements, repeated consistently, can completely change your future.

That's why I created Life Workshop.

This podcast is mainly for young adults who are figuring out who they want to become, making important life decisions, and looking for practical advice instead of empty motivation.

In each episode, we explore topics like decision-making, critical thinking, psychology, habits, relationships, productivity, happiness, and the simple ideas that help us live a more meaningful—and more exciting—life.

You'll hear honest conversations, practical lessons, and easy-to-use frameworks that encourage you to pause, think differently, and take action.

I believe that becoming a better person shouldn't feel boring or overwhelming. Growth can be enjoyable, and the journey should be just as exciting as the destination.

If even one episode helps you ask a better question or see life in a new way, then I've accomplished what I set out to do.
