It is true that when ice cream sales go up we have more shark attacks. This is because they occur during the warmer months. However the correlation between the two has nothing to do with the causation that the shark attacks are because of the ice cream sale.

It is very unfortunate that we tell our children that they are the smartest, cutest and best, when they are not. Till they join the real world and figure that out on their own, which can be very frustrating. We have to teach our children that everyone makes mistakes and they are no exception.
When providing feedback, whether it is good or bad, do not exaggerate it, be honest, clear and to the point. And please remember when providing feedback to talk about the one thing about the person you are talking about, not the whole person, his/her race, or country.
